I advise getting a lvl 38 thieving before farming so u can get seeds free, also buying a bunch of pineapples for supercompost,and having high enough magic for the teleports,and the cabbageport ring from the lumbridge task list.
Get a collection of seeds by stealing from the farmer, to start i would advise using one or two plots and getting the tools from a farm shop(one beside the allotment near draynor)
By using pineapples(15) on the compost bin and waiting 90 minutes you get 15 buckets of supercompost. Get levels up to 15 by growing potatoes onions and herbs that u have stolen from farmers and then grow oak trees. oak trees give good xp and are cheap, but take a hour and a half to grow so u can grow 3 of em at once that are easy to tele to. Once u get 30 start on willow trees and keep growing herbs.
